“Il posto è piacevole, il golf non in buone condizioni di manutenzione e non ci è stato comunicato ( veniamo in California per giocare a golf e non è ammissibile non comunicarti che i green sono carotati e sabbiati e poi tutto il campo da golf non è in buone condizioni, la reception ti addebita ogni giorno una nuova cauzione senza avvisartii e non un blocco ma un reale addebito pur avendo lasciato una carta di credito a garanzia( inammissibile) e senza poterlo verificare”

Inadatto per lunghi soggiorni, soprattutto con la famiglia. Sorpresi, frequentiamo la città da molti anni. Sotto standard.”

Avevamo prenotato camera con 1 letto queen sofabed ma il divano letto, oltre a non essere pronto al nostro arrivo era molto scomodo, assolutamente non adatto ad una ragazza di 16 anni. Ci hanno proposto il cambio camera con una con 2 letti queen con maggiorazione di 30$ a notte tasse, abbiamo accettato anche se malvolentieri. Inoltre al nostro arrivo ci hanno avvisato che nei giorni seguenti una ditta esterna da loro incaricata...

“Very nice person at the reception volunteered to upgrade my room to a huge 2-bedroom suite on the upper floor.
He also provided me with a list of restaurants in the area.
Room was huge, very clean, comfortable, with great AC. It is a bit dated but offered so many conveniences.
Only immediate opportunity would be in my opinion the very noisy fan in the bathroom.

“My son and husband stayed and had a wonderful time. The pool and jacuzzi area were kid friendly. Gym was very clean (my son wanted to check it out, he’s 8) Room snack gift was a pleasant surprise! Comfy bed, very clean and pleasant staff.
Continental breakfast had a lot of choices and food was tasty.
The surrounding area is packed with food options as well. (Mainly lunch and dinner options) The outside area doesn’t “look” the best but everything else offered makes up for the esthetic. ”

"It is the perfect place to visit San Diego, the marina is close, Gaslamp quartier is close, everything at walking distance. And the atmosphere in the evening is magic, with fireplaces in the pool garden (even in august) and lot of lights. It was an amazing stay. "
"L albergo é in una zona strategica fra little Italy e Gaslamp quarter e seaport park sicura adatta anche a passeggiate serali. Come tutti gli USA San Diego ha prezzi abbastanza cari. Albergo grande ma in ordine ha la piscina e la pulizia discreta. Colazione consiglio seaport village. "
"Let's start with the people at the reception... They were amazing. My room was big clean and comfortable. Unfortunately it is possible to hear the noise from the highway. Right in front of the hotel in a surrounded are there are homles camping. But was safe to walk around. "

Just a small issue to be improved: the ventilator in the toilet worked 24/7: it makes no sense and a huge waste of energy (just multiply it for all the rooms): please address this tip to the hotel as a suggestion. Opinion very good on the whole. Thanks, Francesco Bonini"
